I'm Tanisha, product designer based in London.
My work lives at the intersection of business outcomes and user behaviour. I reframe briefs, challenge assumptions, and make the design calls that don't show up in Figma but do show up in the metrics. I've led design on products with real money, regulatory constraints, and millions of users who don't read instructions.
